FLEXIBLE TARIFFS ACORDING TO YOUR NEEDS AND THE SEASON One of the beauties of The Garth is that the accommodation is very flexible, and can be booked as single rooms or as family suites. Bed and breakfast prices start from as little as £25 per person per night for the Bunk Room, £35 per person per night for the double Pine Room with private bathroom, up to £45 per person per night for ‘Mims’, an en-suite apartment with private sitting room and a courtyard with barbeque. We charge a small single-occupancy supplement, but offer reduced rates for children under 16. Children under 3 are accommodated free of change, and cots are available for all rooms at no additional cost. A well-behaved dog can be accommodated in Mims for a small nightly charge. Mims is also available for booking on a self-catering basis at a year-round rate of £315 for up to 2 people, which includes all electricity, heating, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels. It can also be booked for short breaks of 3, 4 or 5 nights at the rate of £45 per night. Mims is designed to sleep 2 in real luxury; however there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room which can be used to sleep additional guests for a £15 per night supplement.
