TARIFF TABLE FOR ‘MIMS’ SELF CATERING APARTMENT 2009—2010 £315 per week (based on up to 2 people sharing the double bedroom) Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, but it is sometimes possible to accommodate alternative days by arrangement. At certain times of your we can accept short break bookings. Please contact us with your requirements. Mims is an ‘all year round’ apartment. It is fully centrally heated, and the tariff includes all heating, lighting, bedding, and towels. For warmer days, the private courtyard provides a sun-trap with table, chairs and a barbeque. For this reason we do not operate a seasonal pricing policy. At all times of year we charge just £315 for a full week, with pro-rata charges of £45 per night for 3, 4, 5 and 6 nights (subject to availability). Mims is essentially a one bed-roomed apartment for up to 2 people, and the tariff reflects this. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room and if this is required for additional guests there is a supplement of £15 per night. A cot is available free of charge for parents with younger children. The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and we ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and preparation for the next occupants. |
