The Garth offers flexible family bed and breakfast accommodation for up to eight guests in two suites, which can be divided if necessary.

Mims is a self-contained ground floor apartment with double bedroom, sitting room with double sofa-bed, kitchen/diner with a full-size cooker, microwave and dish washer, utility room with washing machine, bathroom and a private courtyard.

The House Suite consists of the Pine Room, the Bunk Room, and the luxury House Bathroom The rooms are adjacent on a private first floor landing. The Pine Room is a double room with views across Walden Beck and Burton bridge up to Pen Hill; it has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

The adjacent Bunk Room, which will accommodate two adults in comfort, or make the ideal space for children next to their parents’ room, offers generous full-size bunk beds, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV, with views across Bishopdale.

Booked together with the Pine Room as the House Suite, it includes the spacious family bathroom, featuring an over-bath power shower and fitted suite.

When not required as a suite, the Pine Room and Bunk Room are also available for separate booking, with shared use of the bathroom.

Breakfast for all guests is served in the traditional dining room, or the adjoining conservatory; or in warm weather, it may be taken in the extensive courtyard to the rear of the house

Mims is also available for self-catering bookings, and is ideally suited to couples or families with children who can share the double sofa-bed in the sitting room.
